Beliefs and Attitudes Activities

The following are examples of activities that are designed to help you increase your awareness of your own beliefs and attitudes as an individual, a professional, and/or as a member of an institution. The activities in this section are grouped into two categories:

Exercises and Activities
Awareness through Films and Readings

The level numbers refer to the complexity or extent of investment of time and energy needed to plan and carry out the activity.

(1 = least investment; 3 = most investment)

Please review these and determine which activities may be most appropriate given your development needs, then return to your Plan.
